and the first stage winner of the stage passing by the Tourmalet was 15 hours on his bike. just imagine that on those prehistoric bikes and the prehistoric roads lol

And of course the eternal story of Eugene Christophe's bike breaking on the climb, so he had to walk for 4 hours to a blacksmith in some small town, where he had to fix his bike. Some assistant there helped him with that thing that puts air in the fire, which was illegal, so he got 10 more minutes of penalty time

too late buddy, basically 2 minutes ago our commentator was saying it (just with the difference of not mentioning the assistant at all, just saying he fixed his bike himself)

man Quintana is in really poor form this year. Also Kwiatkowski in a total off day, he was dropped already in the previous hill !
