6 Nations, Double Round-Robin, the 1st and 2nd Nations from each Group will qualify for the Semifinal

Final Four
July 18th - 19th, 2022
4 Nations, Semifinals, Final, the winning Nation will be the Women's Volleyball CEV Silver League 2022 Champion
