I'm still holding out hope that we will see another Canadian man go sub 48 seconds in the 100 free this cycle. Sauve, Kim and Gaziev would be the most likely candidates.

Taylor Ruck with a new PB in the 100 fly. 57.71! Also won the 50 free in 24.78.

 

Oliver Dawson won the 100 breast in 1:00.20. After his performances this week, was hoping he would break the minute barrier but it's still a new PB for him. Hopefully we see some breaststroke Canadian records go down at trials. He also split 59.79 on the mixed medley relay.

 

I would also say it was a pretty good meet for Ella Jansen overal. Was just off her PB in the 200 free and set new PB's in the 100 free, 50 fly, 200 back and 200 IM (with the 200 back and 200 IM PB's happening 20 minutes apart). Hoping to see her take that next step this summer.
