Anyway, Geurts is almost guaranteed to make vault final and this should be more than enough for, at least, a bronze medal. Only Devillard, Melnikova and Andrade could challenge her, but I don't think Devillard will score more than 14.2. D'Amato with 13.8, a little bit lower than I anticipated for her but this should still be enough for the final. I guess this will be enough for 6th or 7th, or maybe 8th.
Downie with a disappointing score on the uneven bars. Probably not enough for a final.
I just wanted to say thank you for your updates. It is really interesting to read analysis from a person who is into it. It will also helps me to watch finals
But situation with quality of this competition is really bad and I suppose they will not fix the equipment issue in the future...

Yes, but all the medley components qualified anyway so I imagine they will swim it. They also mistakenly announced that the 4x100 qualified so We’ll see what they do.
