  1. well if FIFA world cup can be in winter then why WOG can not be in spring, right ?
  2. and fresh news: It was in fact false positive tests The Chinese cleared all 3 Kňažko, Jurčo and Pospíšil after also the 2nd retest was negative, so they joined the team and will attend the Opening Ceremony So the entire hockey team in Beijing is negative and can continue the training and preparation. The whole team (PLAYERS) will attend the opening ceremony only 1 person from the Team staff can go to the OC (They made a draw and the luckiest one will go), Apart Hockey players also our full Luge team will attend the ceremony, nobody else. Confirmed Update also about Cehlárik, he in fact have already 3 negative tests just like Krištof, both need one more and will be able to fly tomorrow. The 4 players from Czech League (Kelemen, Ďaloga, Konrád and Čerešňák) are already going to the airport and will land in Beijing tomorrow. Rosandič was already added to the Beijing 2022 official system instead of Grman who sadly lost his Olympic dream after that yesterday second positive test in Bratislava.
  3. Well, not really, but with the naturalized North-Americans their strength raised significantly, however I still expected the Danes to win this, so yeah this can be classified as a surprise.

  8. First change in Olympic Beijing 2022 Official Team. Mislav Rosandič officially replaced Mário Grman. @dcro one more "quota" in Beijing Now about the others. From the players who landed yesterday, 3 had questionable positive results, Defencer Samuel Kňažko and forwards Tomáš Jurčo and Kristián Pospíšil. However the control tests were negatives for all 3. Now we are waiting for the result of the second control tests which should be known this evening, if they will be also negative then all 3 will be fine and free According to our officials, it looks very promising, as it appears all 3 had just false positive result. The only sad thing though is that all 3 will have to miss the opening ceremony they wanted so much to participate tonight, The rest of the team had already the first Training session in Beijing this morning. The remaining 6 players who stayed in Bratislava (Cehlárik, Krištof, Kelemen, Ďaloga, Konrád and Čerešňák) will arrive tomorrow to China, all had negative tests and were cleared also by the Chinese embassy in Slovakia.
