  1. 3-on-3 OT in 2017 Overtime, shootout format adjusted The 2016 IIHF Annual Congress approved changes in the IIHF Sport Regulations including the overtime and shootout format. As of the upcoming season, the overtime and shootout format will be changed in top-division events of the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship for men’s, women’s and junior categories. In the preliminary-round the overtime period will be played up to five minutes with three-on-three skaters. If still tied, a shootout with three rounds and if necessary tie-break shots will take place. In playoff games (except for the gold medal game) the overtime period will be played up to ten minutes with four-on-four skaters. If still tied, a shootout with five rounds and if necessary tie-break shots will take place. In the gold medal game the overtime period will be played up to 20 minutes with five-on-fiveskaters. If still tied, a shootout with five rounds and if necessary tie-break shots will take place.

I was sure she is from California, don´t know why ..but she asked me if she can swap, also dcro is agree with that, so we can make it. also apparently everyone is ok, I received positive answers from all involved juries, only Colombia still didn´t answered me, but I think COL will be for sure also ok with changing this extremely early Saturday morning time also Indonesia is more than agree with that so I think we should do it I´ll update the timetable and send in few minutes the final version.
