  1. I am laughing my balls off, what a moron, Titiphilippe
  2. Wow, Vlasov Down goes everyone's easy youth rider classification pick
  3. Kipchoge is going to lose, making this marathon interesting all of a sudden
  4. Why is it so hard for major marathons to have a somewhat decent start list (the document, I mean) available? London is tomorrow morning and still all I can find are news articles, nothing official where there's a simple list with runners, which is what I want when watching.
  5. Even Ramon Carretero didn't manage to get an OTL in the first stage, and I can't really remember anyone worse than Ramon Carretero in recent years. Bardiani has fallen back from a pretty fun attacking team to just being two levels below the World Tour, but still, Covili's results suggest he's at least better than what he did today. Maybe a fall or some other kind of issue?

  8. So basically no international ISU races before 2021, but in Heerenveen they were racing today and Femke Kok was fast, fastest time ever by a Dutchwoman in Thialf.
  9. The graphics towards the end that showed the first 10 or so in the standings...followed by a list of 10......wait for it....open water swimmers (with wrong flags, and at least two names being in the list twice) I get mistakes can happen and Tissot is known for having weird screw-ups and fails all the time, but how the fuck did names like Allan do Carmo (with a Tunisian flag), Evgenii Drattcev (with a Dutch flag), Ferry Weertman (with a Greek flag) and Simone Ruffini (with a Russiand and a German flag) appear there?
  10. For GC contenders who decided to start towards the end: ouch, that clearly was the wrong choice in terms of the conditions
  11. Wow, Mikkel Bjerg tying Almeida's time and the TV directors didn't show him live for a single second (as far as I saw), even though they did show half the time trial of Jos van Emden
  12. WTF that is Bradley Wiggins nowadays? Did he eat his Tour de France-winning teammates?
  13. Just watched the first few minutes and already: damn, that road ain't good It's as if someone played around with oil and soap the past few days or something Just saw specialist Dowsett nearly crash after a few corners in the descent, I can't really imagine that going right for everyone...anyway, 3+ hours to watch I see
  14. Under 55 at the finish for Vocsnor, I guess Verbrugghe's record can stay alive for a few more decades
  15. Campenaerts coming down the mountain (after an uphill start) with an average of 60.7 km/h, let's see how his flat will go and if Rik Verbrugghe's record of almost 59 average (in a prologue!) will be broken 61,4 for Chris Hamilton
  16. I hope my Giro predictions are done right, messing in these tables on a phone screen is a bitch but since I'm already in the train to work, it was my only option
  17. Freak time trial to open it up today, I'm incredibly curious

  19. Meh, everybody saw that coming for months, it's only surprising it took this long for him to manage to test positive I'll get more interested in his situation if his situation develops to more than what's basically a mild cold
  20. First time in almost a century only one French player made it to the third round....and it's a 20-year old low-ranked player who then kicks out a former winner and goes to the last 16 as well, week of his life
  21. I'll try and catch up tonight, work is eating up quite some time and of course right now I'm asked to work on Saturday as well...and actually at the office instead of home
  22. According to himself, so, yeah Hehe
