Firstly Sindhu has a big physical advantage over most female players, she is the tallest in singles with a strong athletic body, players like Okuhara are more than a feet shorter, she also has strong nerves to go with it, All England this year many didn't play the big player she defeated was Yamaguchi( not taking anything away from Sindhu) who coming after a long time didn't play in Denmark, even Momota lost for the same reason I guess, the match she won against Pornpawee was inconsequential for both,a few weeks later she was beaten in straight games very easily by the same Pornpawee, she played very well in the world championships compensated with speed, but before that over a year she had poor form as a top player. Guys, have u noticed Harmilan Bains won 1500m today at 4 min 8 secs I guess after quite a few years an Indian athlete has timed below 4 min 10 sec, Chitra finished 2nd 11s later, so if she gets good competition she will surely break NR, may even qualify for Tokyo. She is from a well to do family hopefully will continue for a few years not like many of our other female athletes of the past from humble backgrounds, whose ambition seems to be getting a government job and then settling down with family and kids

If she clears 64m and qualifies she would also be a medal contender

Gurindervir has a good chance but he has absolutely no competition tomorrow from anyone else which is sad, Dhana Laxmi 11.38s today, she has to improve quite a lot NR not realistic but will give good competition to Hima & Dutee

Srikanth should make it along with Sai, Saina has almost no chance, in mixed doubles the current Indonesian pair at pos 8 needs to come down by a place or 2, that should put the Indian pair in the qualifying place, really don't care about women's doubles, Siki is below par it's a joke India is persisting with her for so long.
