Sure, there are competitions where gold medals are basically predetermined, but the general idea is that everyone strives for a gold medal...

    She got married to the son of certain German eventer. Formerly Louise Svensson-Jahde. He competed with a different horse on Nations Cup team, as pure jumping fences are quite bigger. Anyway, Chipmunk is obviously quite reliable in dressage and cross-country, but Jung does have better show jumpers in his yard (for example Star Connection). He will probably have some options. Krajewski looks unlikely. And I think the German selectors would still prefer Ruder/Dibowski over Auffarth, unless she shows clear improvement next season.
