    Went exactly as I feared in the end, and in hindsight probably the only winner there was ever going to be, but another medal!

    Slightly off topic, but looking back getting more golds than China in 2016 was absolutely ridiculous. Still think about it sometimes.

    Of course, a really disappointing finish but I just thought it was funny that we just won our first gold and our reaction is despair.

    I know there's an unimaginable amount of hours of coverage being produced but its annoying how often the graphics are failing.

    What's the status on the sailors going in? I'm not in the loop at all with the sport but had heard it might not be too fruitful this time unlike usual where we're usually good for 3 or so golds. The women's skiff already looks like it might be a write off. I enjoy the sport during the games but its hard to even keep track with the essentially meaningless planned start times to the races.

    Apparently the takeovers were fine (0.20 0.19 0.21) but he came up a full bodylength almost from where he should have been, was there a slip or something?

    Medals on day one, what a novelty.

    Graphics are very similar to the previous, using what looks to me like the exact same typeface. No complaints from me though, they're nice. Usually it's much more of a redesign than this.

    Very very exciting stuff, apart from Molly and even then that situation is far from terrible.
