    My man Andy Murray returns again today. 2nd round of the ATP 250 Zhuhai. He faces a hard game in 31st ranked Alex de Minaur. Hopefully he can improve on a good first round tie, all about getting back to his ways for the 2020 season.

    Great to see Ice Hockey getting bigger and bigger in different countries. I only started watching it 3 years ago with GB massive clutch to get promotion, and then this year against France to avoid relegation

    Promising race by Dowsett. Don’t follow much cycling outside major events. Do GB have their strongest riders at these champs?

    Great win for the Women K1 team, just beating the Czech and Russia. Can’t remember when we last won it but must of been 7 or 8 years ago. Was very impressed by the ladies, a medal chance next year
