  1. Expected Canada somewhere low. Can't imagine it getting a 12 when it's from the same country as Shawn.
  2. I love how there was this one contest where everybody said they'll get @Wanderer's 12 points and this year it's just "no u"
  3. I expected something like 4 points and below, when I didn't see Lithuania there, I just knew Wanderer's high points should not go to an entry like that. That's why a track like Israel is in top 12, but in the lower part of the table.
  4. I'm counting myself out, because my entry is pretty pop inspired.
  5. One of the medals is definitely Denmark, but what about the other one? Croatia?
  6. Now it's time for every indie artists dream juror to vote
  7. You really need to put in a lot of effort to drown an otter, since they love their time underwater. That's why you need a dragon to do it.
  8. It's Lithuania's own fault for being so low in the top 12 I'm just glad it was considered.
  9. It's nice that Lithuania made it in both yours and @Agger's top twelves, just not enough combined for that one point unfortunately I'm just happy that I wasn't wrong and that this song resonated with Denmark.
  10. But, but, we don't like the likes of Dua Lipa here on Totallympics Sidenote: Sam Fender. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Second album when??? Also, this video reminds me that GB has never used Coldplay in TISC before. Like guys?
  11. I'm not really a fan of celebrity mash ups and I got flashbacks to "Celebrities singing "Imagine" in different keys and tempos", so I had to nope out of that song fast
  12. You already voted for everyone I could bet on First choice Netherlands, second Czech Republic?
  13. I can tell you that it wouldn't have received at least one of those three gold medals.
  14. Omg @Vektor, sending you lots of love I was feeling a bit down during this TISC, because I was really hopeful for this entry. There was only one other TISC that really demoralised me like this and it was back in the day where Lithuania got their worst ever performance with a song that I wrote Thank you for the medal, it means a lot
  15. Though it should be counted averagely, not every contest we pick up 37 songs.
  16. I'm getting ever closer to that last place with every jury
  17. Tragic. We could be leading the bronze medal match
  18. We could create a "Geographically Left Out" cup together, but you always do so good in these contests, I would only watch the trophy from afar.
  19. That's why I love making my own curries, because I'm in control of the spices and I can add as much as I think I'll take on any particular day. Sometimes I go for more heat, sometimes for less, but I try to avoid the 'torture myself' territory.
  20. Even though London was pretty epic, since there was a gold from Asadauskaitė and a miracle golden premiere from 15yo Rūta Meilutytė, I still had to vote for 2004 Athens, because it was so absolutely hype. We watched it together with my family, every single discipline in the heptathlon, screamed our lungs out during the final 800 metres and Skujytė finished only behind the legendary Karolina Kluft. Not to mention the fact that Alekna got a gold in the discus throw. Modern Pentathlon medal was pretty memorable too. It was also pretty legendary when Lithuania beat United States in basketball group stage. I remember our valient efforts in the women's cycling road race, back in the days when we had legendary and very capable women in the field. Lots of nice memories.
  21. Hello, 1 point here, I was very wrong when I thought that the second half of the contest would be good for us
  22. Smells like Canada 12 with all of this propaganda towards upbeat songs.
