  1. No planes or helicopters can fly, so we’re only getting low-fi 4G images from motos, & even they are patchy. Things winding up now - EF are starting to work for Hugh Carthy, reeling in the break, shaving riders off the back. 40k to go. Evenepoel off the back already according to RAI & British ES. 35k to go.   2. Well, sometimes these shortened stages can be more exciting because someone wants to force a decision rather than just grinding it out to the last 3km of the big climb.
