  1. Any chance for the hosts?
  2. They’ll be assigned to Developing Nations at the Last Chance Regatta. https://d2cx26qpfwuhvu.cloudfront.net/sailingparis2024/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/10183256/Sailing-Paris-2024-Qualification-System-Developing-Nations-criteria-definition-and-list.pdf
  3. Nice result for her. Hope she snatches a quota in the PanAm qualifirr.
  4. New Zealand gets both K2 quotas, meaning a Pacific nation gets the K1 quotas for sure, as Australia can’t comoete for those.
  5. Three semifinals and one national record for Mexico in swimming in the 4x200 men’s relay. Not bad considering there’s no national federation.
  6. I think, but I may be wrong, already has the women’s C1 quota, and there are not enough boats to contest the women’s C2, so the quota gets reallocated to best non qualifier from 2023 championships,
  7. NA tournament is going to be hosted in Mexico, dates to be confirmed
  8. Sure, this wins lets them keep their chances alive, but only if USA manages to remain in the top 4.
  9. Huge upset in Lima, as beat World No. 1 in eightfinals
  10. What’s the criteria for a relay to qualify?
  11. Men quotas will be decided tomorrow, but I think you'll have to wait a couple of weeks before the reallocation process is complete.
  12. Not enough entries. Bouzidi gets the quota through continental reallocation via 2023 world ranking, as there are three competitors from Africa in this event. Oceania's continental place now goes to should get this quota, but I suspect they will reject it, so it may end up going to
  13. Live results It seems both women quota will be reallocated due to a lack of competitors, with taking K1, as there are other 2 countries in the ranking from Africa in that event.
  14. Good chances for quota to in men’s 10m platform @Adriano And Uzbekistan also there
  15. Well, 3m women has always been the discipline where we had the weakest divers. That and the fact that Paola Pineda is not on the same level, really made it difficult from the start of the "free" rounds. I'm not even sure any of the individual women will qualify tomorrow, but let's see.
  16. For Mexico it should be Osmar for sure, but the second quota may be contested between Diego & Celaya.
  17. I'd say is still too early, she is still has some possibility.
  18. It is going to be held in la Reunion, which is part of France.
  19. On better news, I think Miller should just wait official confirmation, but she got a second spot for Canada in the individual event, with McGing now being first under the line. Also &. should get confirmation of spaces for the individual events.
  20. I’m not salty, I’m just saying that while &. received their scores more or less consistent with what they did, that overscore (which after watching it again carefully was not as big as I thought) gave Canada an advantage over their nearest rivals, which felt the pressure of doing it perfectly in that last round.
  21. Great quota great the Ukranians, the Canadians should thank the judges for saving their asses with the 4th round scores.
  22. I think so too, provided that out of the synchro pairs from , at least 6 divers “double” up, which is likely. Right now, the last athlete with a mathematical chance would be Emmanuel Vazquez, but I doubt anyone past Frandiel Gomez makes it.
  23. MEXICO Ciao Totallympics! Just before the time limit, Mexican selection committee is proud to present this year's entry to the Annual International Song Contest: After their last year debut in this competition, Mexican duet Los Rumberos return to present a collaboration with British singer-songwriter Riva Taylor, who since 2021 has been working with a combination of bossa nova, jazz and Latin American rhythms, resulting in this year's entry: Cubano - Riva Taylor & Los Rumberos
  24. I’m so happy for her, she’s been improving and I really think she’s a step ahead of others divers, except the Chinese of course, and this time she proved it. Also Jodoin di Mariah did a great competition and looks like she could grow even more.
  25. Without further guesses, and until all synchro teams are confirmed, here’s what the theoretical women quotas in platform as of today would be: 23 Qualified divers before 2024 WA Championships: 2 (synchro only) 4 (synchro + 2 individuals) 4 (synchro + 2 individuals) 3 (synchro + 1 individual) 2 individuals 2 individuals 1 individual 1 individual 1 individual 1 individual 1 individual 1 individual - - - - - - - - - - - - - 8 2024 WA Championships synchro pairs not previously qualified (in finishing order): ? - - - - - - - - - - - - - 3 (4)2024 WA Championships individual finalists not previously qualified (in finishing order): 1 individual 1 individual 1 individual 1 individual So we already have 35 divers, but given Jade Gillet seems to be doubling in the synchro events, I think these quotas can be taken for granted.
