YEC Semi-Finals are set: Aryna Sabalenka vs Cori Gauff Barbora Krejcikova vs Zheng Qinwen Krecikova beating Gauff in two sets means Iga Świątek was eliminated with 2-1 record. Sabalenka clinched Year-End #1 after winning the first two matches and Świątek not winning all three RR matches before already.

In the 90s the left wing parties still represented the working class. It's no longer the case 30 years later and that working class started to vote for right wing.

Overall this is a massive loss for Democrats in terms of popular vote. In the last 30 years Republicans only won one popular vote (George Bush's second term at the peak of war on terror by 3 million votes). Trump won by like 5 million.

I see Harris has still won Illinois? Obviously losing Pennsylvania & Ohio is the big difference maker. Polish media report Republians have won Miami-Dade county for the first time since 1988. I assume that's a majority Latin county with many immigrants from Cuba and others?

Trump has more popular votes at this stage (69 million) than he got when he won in 2016 (63 million) He got 74 million in 2020. I assume fewer Hispanics & women voted for Harris compared to Biden four years ago.

These Asian 250 (former International or Tier III and IV back in the old days) are back and they are the easiest way to rack up points and mount a jump in the standings. They used to be held in around the spring but with the Doha & Dubai expansion they've been moved to the tail end of the season after the COVID limit was lifted.
