Restrictions? Well despite the cases we don't have any national lockdown. However most of the states have got their own lockdown in a way. The rules differ. Some states ask you to wear mask have 50% workforce and limit weddings to 20/50 people to some states where intra state travelling will cause you home quarantine . I live in Karnataka which is currently No 1 in cases in India. Essential services like pharmacy and hospitals are open. For groceries 6 to 10am is the time. Public transport is off roads and private transport is allowed only for emergency services not even for groceries. You have to walk if you want to buy groceries and within 10am. Banks are open till 2pm and I just went a while ago. It's silent with people in their homes and a few trucks going which are allowed .Feels like no one lives here .
