Hi @Prashanth, can you please explain the difference between TOPS Group and Development Group because in Development Group there are few names like Lakshya Sen, Naman Tanwar, Kenan Chenai, Soumyajit Ghosh who are quite active at the senior international level

Development group doesn't mean they are juniors. List is of those who are potential future top achievers who need some more extra push and training to attain the top positions.
