Preliminary Round
October 8th - October 10th, 2018
12 Nations, 2 Groups, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Nations from each Group will qualify for the Main Round (Results between the qualified Nations will be carried over into the Main Round), the 4th, 5th and 6th Nations from each Group will qualify for the Consolation Round (Results between the qualified Nations will be carried over into the Consolation Round)

6 Nations, Round-Robin, the 1st and 2nd Nations will qualify for the 7th Place Match, the 3rd and 4th Nations will qualify for the 9th Place Match, the 5th and 6th Nations will qualify for the 11th Place Match

Main Round
October 11th - October 12th, 2018
6 Nations, Round-Robin, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Nations will qualify for the Semifinals, the 5th and 6th Nations will qualify for the 5th Place Match

Knockout Round
October 12th - October 13th, 2018
12 Nations, Placement Matches, Semifinals, Bronze Medal Match and Gold Medal Match, the winning Nation will be the Men's Beach Handball Tournament at the Summer Youth Olympic Games 2018 Champion
