5 Nations, 2 Groups, 1st Nations from each Group will qulaify for the Final, the 2nd Nations from each Groyp will qualify for the 3rd Place Match

4 Teams, 3rd Place Match, Final,  the winning Nation will be the Women's 3x3 Basketball FIBA Under 23 Nations League Europe 2 Stop 6 2023 Champion
