@hckosice What a result for Michael Bugan. Slovakia could be getting a WC podium tomorrow if he can repeat this. :d

Additionally, he will get 203 Olympic qualifying points for today's performance. :yes

Awesome. Thanks for the info. :)

But is this really serious ? I mean, is this REALLY POSSIBLE for him to qualify, or rather the chance to not qualify is much higher ?

Yes, it REALLY is possible. :d

Three nations from Group C can qualify in dressage. Russia will qualify a team for sure. Ukraine will get an individual almost certainly. And that leaves everyone else fighting for the third spot... Until now it looked like Belarus and Poland will be the favorites for the last ticket, but Bugan's 69% from today puts him right on-par with them.

Keep in mind that this was Bugan's debut performance of 2019. It's common to see the scores improving with every new show during early season.

    • I still don't know how we lost the match against Poland Can't wait to see the semifinals These matches seems very balanced
    • POL rather won’t qualify for a World Cup.   And we surely won’t qualify in a first stage.    So j just want to see interesting matches and my dream group would be:
    • With the IWF cracking down on doping, North Korea was already the second best nation before Covid. The three-year isolation does make things suspicious.   Considering the IWF is now testing them every time they compete (given their results), they are probably clean now. The IWF is on such a short leash that a scandal like this may kill the federation so I imagine they are keeping a watchful eye on them.
