Russia will qualify a team for sure. Ukraine will get an individual almost certainly. And that leaves everyone else fighting for the third spot... Until now it looked like Belarus and Poland will be the favorites for the last ticket, but Bugan's 69% from today puts him right on-par with them. Keep in mind that this was Bugan's debut performance of 2019.
