Next will be 23rd quota & 38th athlete if it will be an individual quota, which looks likely from the shooting Asian championships

18 would be including 2 reserves. 
You can count either ways, 16 or 18 . 
Official team squad will be of 16 players, the other 2 players will be staying outside village & can be called upon if required.
