15 Teams, 3 Groups, each Teams play 5 Matches, the 1st , 2nd, 3rd Teams and the 1 best Teams between the all Groups will qualify for the Round of 16

16 Teams, Single Leg Matches, (6 Teams from Men's Rugby EPCR European Champions Cup 2020-2021 - Preliminary Round), the 8 winning Teams will qualify for the Quarterfinals

8 Teams, Single Leg Matches, the 4 winning Teams will qualify for the Semifinals
