most probably not all of them but some I find about some sports when I hear here and there some of our national federations talk about it. but the OCA didn't bother to publish anything collectively. all team sports have one obviously but for individual sports I can confirm Surfing, Sport climbing, Taekwondo, Gymnastics (at least Artistic part) and MMA have a qualification system. but I assume there are more. I think maybe they had a number in mind for each sport and since more countries (than expected) registered for some sports they created a qualification system to keep the numbers low. just my guess though -
Do you know if all sports have one? I have seen it for surfing for ex. It would be weird for some to have it, while others did not. -

Modern pentathlon has been doing this for over a decade now. They are probably the most prepared for this process. -
