The funny thing is that both Canada and the US are both likely to enter 4 athletes so it wouldn't have made a difference in this case.

Thanks to everybody who voted for  and specially to @OlympicIRL for putting the effort to organize this edition!   Unfortunately I am in the middle of a job reallocation between continents (I have my flight tomorrow) and did not have time to attend the final, but I was not expecting at all to get a double medal.   Congratulations as well to my fellow teammates @Dnland @Glen for the team gold medal (what a rollercoaster! from 8th in the first split to gold medal) and the other medallists @OlympicIRL and Team  (@Gianlu33, @Henry_Leon, @Pablita, @SteveParker).   I hope we keep this wonderful tradition alive and hopefully I will be able to find time and host again in the future.

This might be off-topic but I think the halfpipe is going to be at risk post games for future inclusion. We recently saw the IOC drop the event from the Youth Olympics
