it is still a little strange if we imagine it happened during a tournament where every minimal contact, sometimes even not a contact at all is condsidered as goaltender interference and is immediately penalized, and we all know that many goals were canceled due to "supposed" goalie intereference,. So now I understood why the refs regularly penalise our team for literally crap and BS every 3-4 minutes every match, whils Latvia can do whatever they want... Rigged tournament at its pure finest...
