Same city as Langenhan, but still, how is 'Zool' (in English) so wrong? Unless he'd pronounce the Z as 'Ts' or something.
-
Who or what is 'Suhl'? Edit: Andi Langenhan's home town apparently But pronouncing that like an Englishman would pronounce 'Zool' is not that wrong..
-
One minute, meh. Too bad after such a nice race yesterday.
-
"1st racer starts in 0:30" while half the course is still full with people with shovels. That's gonna be an exciting super-G
-
Swedish (?) coach throwing a shovel full of snow straight in a French coach's face
-
This is starting to remind me of those world championships a few years back where things got delayed and delayed and delayed and eventually the competition started and we saw some bad injuries... Bad feeling about this one. Hopefully for nothing.
-
Enjoy your lunch Tim and Raluca.
-
Damn it Now Demchenko won't be smiling, I'm telling you.
-
RIP perfect prediction But at least 2 of the 3 on the podium, it can still be 3 out of 3
-
I just checked my predictions and can inform you they're not going to win any gold here.
-
Oh well, the way they pronounce Obratov sounds completely not Dutch They mess up everything

I hope they'll do it at the main event
-
And bronze? I had D/A for gold, Y/P for silver and E/B for bronze. One thousandth of a second, damn you Tobi's
-
Denisev/Antonov, sigh of relief coming from Terdiman!
-
Medal for Rieder/Kainzwaldner
-
Absolutely team sprints in speed skating. I don't find the luge sprint to add much value, but the speed skating team sprint is the absolute laughing stock of the speed skating world, whereas in the sprint in luge at least generally the best 15 actually compete.
-
Damn, 140km/h at the bottom vs Denisev/Antonov's 134 and it still wasn't enough to even stay with them No perfect prediction though
-
Eggert/Benecken are going to ruin my points.
-
Denisev/Antonov, right. Jayson Terdiman has been saying all season how they're gonna win gold here, let's see
-
Well, Nagler and Malleier now know what not to do for the main event later on
-
I'm feeling worried about my doubles prediction, but absolutely confident about my women's prediction
-
Canada has also pretty much skipped non-Russian events and they've been very clear about the reason since the beginning: the team is extremely young and they don't want to make the mistake of bringing them under too much pressure too fast. Walker/Snith could have been there though, but the whole Canadian luge program has been having major financial struggles, so I doubt they wanted to spend too much for one doubles team to go there.
-
Today's super-G has been postponed from 11.00 to 11.30 and in a few moments there'll be a jury decision on whether or not we'll start then. Edit: Right, postponed to 12.00, next decision in half an hour. The wind is the main problem at the moment, but they are expecting that to calm down a little.

I had totally missed Yanqing was replaced by Saalbach, thank the lord for reminders and the Eurosport Player Awesome downhill course
