So LVL is guaranteed to be competing in Tokyo then 100 %?

They just updated how they get the the two quota spots on CBC sports . If the IOC declines the additional spot for her they will give up one of there kayak spots to make room for her . So it’s Apprently guaranteed she will race in both events .
