  14. Team Canada (men) played at the world championships 16 times in 1991-2019 (not every tournament). Usually it was one of the favourite teams in Division B. It was based in Winnipeg. I don't know what is with it now. I think it's the money problem. Women played 7 times in 2006-2016 and they were very close to the bronze medals many times.
