It's a shame not to be able to qualify with 2-3 girls in shooting when you have so many opportunities and a 2-year qualifying period. It seems that these girls are not making any progress and Ceccarello is actually regressing.

Italy on 99% without any women in shooting (apart from shotgun, of course). In the previous 2 editions we had only 1 girl each: in Tokyo - Sofia Ceccarello won QO at the last possible competition: European Championships in May 2021. Now, unfortunately, we didn't repeat it out and it wasn't even close. The problem seems to be very serious and deep. Overall now we have 11 qualifications + Rossetti from the ranking in men's skeet and I hope that Spinella/Mazzetti will advance tomorrow or the first will move from the ranking in June.
