He broke his NR in the 50 fly at Trials, and put up two solid heat/semifinal swims at Worlds I doubt it. 200 fly time is dreadful though, despite his 4th place finish. My guess is his training has been more sprint focused, he has a strong start but then doesn’t have that extra gear in the end.
