  1. Gray off the DR block. 25-22 first set.
  2. 18-17. Dominican Republic's block working well.
  3. 16-10. Too many service errors by the Dominican Republic, and not efficient enough on attack.
  4. Down 2-6 early, Canada have turned it around and are now up 10-7.
  5. LET'S GOOO CANADA
  6. starts in just over 30 minutes Could give Canada a huge boost in the World Rankings, so this match is very important.
  7. McIntosh, Haughey, Titmus, and O'Callaghan are all in great form, and at least one of them will miss out on the podium at Fukuoka 2023. Could possibly take a sub-1:54 to secure a W 200FR top-three finish. Crazy.
  8. Daniel Stahl threw 71.45m also.
  9. Finishing the event off with a bang. J. Ingebrigtsen 3:27.95 to take the win in the men's 1500m, and is now #6 all-time.
  10. Ehammer 8.32m to take the win in the men's long jump. Great win for him, curious to see what he'll compete in come Paris 2024, he's an excellent decathlete as well.
  11. Warholm 46.52 in the men's 400m hurdles #4 mark all-time.
  12. Ta Lou 10.75 women's 100m. New PB, new WL
  13. Van Klinken 66.77m in women's discus throw to take the win over the likes of Perkovic and Allman
  14. Kejelcha 12:41.73 in the men's 5000m. Runner up Kiplimo 12:41.73 as well. 5th/6th fastest all-time.
  15. 17-year-old Birke Haylom takes the win in the women's mile (4:17.14)
  16. Knighton 19.77 men's 200m
  17. Chebet 8:25.01 women's 3000m
  18. At the Paris DL (Just six days ago) her best mark was 18.81m (Placed 7th), great to see her regaining some form after disappointing finishes in her last two competitions (Her best mark at the Rabat DL was 18.56m).
  19. Van Niekerk 44.38 men's 400m
  20. Rojas 14.91 in the women's triple jump
  21. Bol 52.30 in the women's 400m hurdles
  22. Our chances at qualifying for Paris 2024 in men's basketball are looking really good right now. SGA, Murray, and Wiggins have all had great NBA seasons. US will be most likely be qualifying first in the Americas, but the fight for the second quota is wide open (IMO Canada and Dominican Republic are the most likely to place second, with KAT declaring his intention to play) Certainly helps that Argentina failed to qualify for the World Cup, as they probably would've been the #2 team.
  23. Surprised no one has mentioned this by now, but Kaylee McKeown clocked a 57.45 in the W 100BK on Day 2 of the Australian Trials, which is now the third-fastest performance in history (The top two are 57.45, 57.47, both marks by McKeown)
  24. BWF 1000 Indonesia Open started this week. Michelle Li started off her campaign against Kim Ga Eun today, but unfortunately ended up losing in three sets (24-22, 17-21, 21-23). This was a match of comebacks, as Ga Eun was 14-9 up in Set 1 (Li won 24-22), Li was 13-9 up in Set 2 (Ga Eun won 21-17), but most shockingly, Li was 18-9 up in Set 3 and still managed to lose the match (Ga Eun won 23-21)
