That's excruciatingly slow for his talent and claims. Last year he was saying he goes below 1:45 in training! Disappointing

lili das hits a PB of 4.19.48 and makes the final  of the 1500 women

 

our 4th finalist till now 

 

Ajay in the mens 1500 ( came 4/5th ) 

yugant in the mens long ( broke his arm and did not participate ) 

 

Now lili and neeraj ..................... so not  a bad effort till now ...................... also tamilarasan in the semis mh of the 400 has a chance
