Yes, I'd rather see time trial 50 km. Still remember Lillehammer OG when Jordi Ribo & Sami Repo got plenty of screen time leading at the intervals -

no way, if people don't understand, just study! or, at least, listen to the broadcasters (hoping that they're good enough to explain those technicalities) the Olympics are the highest point of a sport, it's time to stop those idiotic decisions that make it easier to win an Olympic Gold than a National Championship in this specific case, at the Olympics there should be the 50km time trial and it should always be in classic style (meanwhile sprint events should always be in freestyle technique, as you have to show the maximum speed as the key factor)
