Round-Robin FINAL DAY SCHEDULE (GMT +2)

13:00  :LTU Lithuania vs South Korea :KOR

16:30  :ITA Italy vs Great Britain :GBR

20:00  :ROU Romania vs Spain :ESP

*ITA is already the Tournament Gold medalist and Promoted team for next year U20 Division I Group B Tournament.

**ESP, LTU and ROU will battle tomorrow to avoid the relegation to the next year U20 Division II Group B Tournament.

with Spain having better starting position,

1)ESP will need to avoid relegation just to win over Romania (Does not matter if in Regulation Time or after OT/PSO) Even a OT/PSO loss will be enough if LTU does not beat S. Korea and a Regular Time loss if LTU does not beat S. Korea in Regulation Time.

2)LTU will need to avoid the relegation to beat South Korea. A OT/PSO win will be also enough if Romania does not win over Spain in OT/PSO. A OT/PSO loss will be also enough if ROU does not beat Spain even a Regular Time loss may be enough but Spain must beat Romania in Regular Time as well.

3)ROU will need to avoid the relegation to beat Spain in Regulation Time. A OT/PSO win can be enough but S. Korea must beat Lithuania. A OT/PSO defeat will be enough only if South Korea beat Lithuania in Regulation Time. A Regular Time defeat will means automatic relegation for the host team.

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
    • Today : Jordan 3-0 Egypt  This team will surprise us
    • option no.2 for sure, as it's been all this shitstorm organized by the nhl owners through their embedded reporters   ps not that the north american audience looks really aware of the hockey rules and habits outside the nhl (and around their game, too, since they look not to know that just a couple of weeks ago they played 2 nhl matches on an ice sheet of the exact same size of Milan's olympic arena)
    • Are we supposed to take Daly's word for it or is this just public posturing to try and shame the Milan organizers (which they certainly deserve for all the delays) in order to threaten NHL participation?
    • Well that was a disappointing opening ceremony. Not to mention the boss is late too...   Anyway this is another victim of bureaucracy, the initial creative director quit in October and we get this kind of show.   Original plan: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/17EVayTpig/
    • Japan missed their last shot with hammer in the 10th last night against the Philippines for them to stay alive.  USA's remaining 2 games are against Philippines and Netherlands, so they have a tough road ahead, although they've already beaten Japan, so that helps for tiebreaker purposes.
    • They have already beaten Japan, so a win would them in a strong place.
