  4. So at the end it looks Slovaks like Sports Ten thousands of people visited the EYOF Park (All venues and fan zones were within the huge EYOF park) daily https://eyof2022.com/en/news/eyof-2022-surprised-with-attendance-competitions-and-almost-150-000-people-visited-the-fan-zone/ maybe we can host also something else than the hockey worlds or winter universiades in the future. Slovakia - small but stronk
  5. She had a very solid semifinal run, had also some luck with several big names struggling with the difficult track and that trap on the 12th gate, so she somehow managed to stay at that last qualifying spot until the end. ABout the The Final itself, It was a bit nervous from everyone including herself, so hard to judge, it was quite "comedy-grotesque" final in W K1 overall, apart Funk everyone else made at least one enormous and mostly dumb mistake

  16. Sadly, just as expected the Augsburg track is one of the least popular for our team and our style. No Slovak advanced to the W K1 Final.. W K1 Finalists Funk Lilik Horn Tercelj J. Fox Woods Chourraut C. Prigent Wegman Zwolinska Will be a major upset if will not end 1-2. Their semifinal runs were just from another planet, the home track is a huge advantage in this sport, but this was something !

  19. Very very satisfied Also super pleased about the overall feeling of the games, Pleasantly surprised by the general interest from the locals, the venues are full, people are having fun, great mood everywhere. Hearing only positive responses and feedback from athletes and their officials, a very pleasant surprise, I was a little worried about the overall interest as I expected a decline in interest after the first days when the causal public will finds out that our athletes will not achieve "super" results, but the opposite was true, people go to all sports and create an excellent, friendly and happy atmosphere.
  20. She did it again ! Our 15 years old new Tennis princess Renáta Jamrichová is now a double EYOF champion ! alongside Daniel Balaščák (Opening Ceremony flagbearer) won also the Mixed Doubles Gold. So at the end, some Host effect happened 6 Medals = 2 Golds, 1 Silver 3 Bronzes.
