  1. Poland ended ahead of Slovenia at the European Games Women's C1 (Top 12) 1 Germany 2 Poland 3 Great Britain 4 Czechia 5 Slovakia 6 Slovenia
  2. No idea. but No changes has been made, everything is official now W C1 Semifinals Quotas in W C1 (Doria-Vilarrubla double-starter also in W K1 SF) (Leibfarth double-starter also in W K1 SF) (J. Fox double-starter also in W K1 SF) (both Franklin & Woods double-starters also in W K1 SF) (Lilik double-starter also in W K1 SF) (Satila double-starter also in W K1 SF) (Us double-starter also in W K1 SF) European Games Quota
  3. 4. There will be also 3 spots available here in Kayak-Cross. So eventually you can have 6 athletes qualified for Paris 3+3 In Paris every qualified athlete can start in all 3 events if he wish so, K1, C1 and Kayak-Cross (But for K1 and C1 only as the only and sole boat of the NOC) in Kayak-Cross all athletes can start, so if you qualify 3 paddlers, all 3 can start in Kayak-Cross
  5. Once again, before everyone going all nuts why their athletes was suddenly DSQ or so... Remember guys. This sport has 15 minutes of results neutralization ! meaning the 15 minutes after the race is complete, there place for protests and also since last 2 season the video referees themselves have 15 minutes to signalize a possible hit/missing the gate and thus change the results. So the results are official only once all those protests/requests ended or after the mandatory "neutralizations" 15 minutes after the race.

  7. 12 C1, 15 K1 + 1 highest non-qualified boat per event from the European Games (remember it must be another athlete than the one who win the quota here)
  8. Quotas are for NOCs, but a paddler can win only 1 quota Remember, unlike the previous Olympics, this time the paddler/National Federation/NOC cannot choose in which discipline he/she prefers the quota place, the NOC will instead gets it automatically in the first event it gets (so in this case C1, as it is decided a day before the K1). On the other hand, every paddler who qualify can then start in Paris in all competitions if he wish (in K1 and C1, however, under the condition that only one boat will start per country), So even if let say Zwolinska win the C1 quota here, she will be allowed to compete also in K1 and Kayak Cross in Paris. However, the best option for you would be ofc to Stach to win today C1 quota and Zwolinska tomorrow the K1 spot Yep, theoretically. such a scenario would be possible in such a case
  9. So 11 of our 12 boats at the end made it to the semifinals, I mean each year, it is more and more difficult, this sport is really more and more even and it is getting harder and harder to even get out of the qualifiers. Far are the times when our paddlers dominated the stuff in training mode, the 2008 era is gone far away to the oblivion.. So losing only 1 boat in the qualifiers this time (Haššová in W K1) is almost perfect, now for everything on earth and heavens, bring us those quotas.. the whole our sport really need them
  10. M K1 Heat Run 2 officially over, Last 10 (well 11 in fact, since 2 paddlers had the same time in 10th place) qualified for the Semifinals and Full List of 41 M K1 Semifinalists in Alphabetical Order (20 NOCs including pre-qualified France, only Hočevar is a double-starter in both M C1 & M K1 Semifinals) Double-Starters (Qualified also for the W C1 Semifinals are listed in Bold) 3x (Anderson, Delfour, Pope) 3x (Krejči, Prskavec, Přindiš) 3x (Bowers, Clarke, Dickson) 3x (Popiela, Pasiut, Polaczyk) 3x (Grigar, Halčin, Gonšenica) 3x (Kauzer, Hočevar, Srabotnik) 2x (Desnos*, Goncalves) *Eligibility pending ICF approval 2x (Castryck, Neveu) (Host Quota) 2x (Hengst, Aigner) 2x (De Gennaro, Ferrazzi) 2x (Tanaka, Adachi) 2x (Butcher, Gilbert) 2x (Llorente, Echaniz) 2x (Ohrstrom, Holmer) 2x (Dougoud, Marx) (Leitner) (Boyd) (Quan) (Hendrick) (Soudi)
