In the US we don’t use webcams for online exams. It’s pretty much just honor code, with some security built in the online platforms (I.e no extra tabs/windows, time limits, etc.) -
Looks like they recently added some nice modern youth training hills: Maybe we’ll get a Croatian ski jumper someday (at least at a YOG or something)

I study communications and there tends to be a ironic lack of communication quite often

Mine are run through all types of different systems. Some monitor the test taker to make sure they don’t cheat (i.e have other tabs/windows open, don’t take too much/too little time, don’t work with others, etc.), and some don’t (those are the best, and I definitely don’t cheat ).

Little English lesson (since we’re talking about school) Copyright - material protected by the government, belonging to a certain brand. Cheating - getting the answers necessary to complete a exam, or attempting too. Plagiarize - stealing someone else’s work, or failing to properly cite sources for a paper.

Yeah, lots of online exams to close out the semester Semester doesn’t end until May 29, so it’s going to be a long 7 weeks

Well, tried to sleep, but was too excited, so I guess I won’t be doing that today . Pulling an all nighter for TISC, with two exams on Monday. What could go wrong?

I always watch DJesus Unchained, but I know it’s been criticized as highly sac religious. I think that if you can’t find the humor in religion (even if it is your own), then your missing out on the highs of life.

Is it on the Olympic Channel, or do I have to go elsewhere to watch it? I’m a bit worried after your review, but as long as there’s stuff look at in the village and whatnot, I’ll be slightly interested. We generally have similar tastes it seems, so I can stomach this hopefully.

Somewhat. There are parts of Northern California that look very similar, and maybe some of the Central East mountain parts, but not too much in common with the South outside of the LA Basin. The LA Basin climate is called Mediterranean, but it’s not that similar in my opinion. Croatia actually reminds me more of Coastal California, Oregon, and B.C.; which are all wonderful places which everyone should visit if they get the chance.

Rovinj - there was a Red Bull Air Race here I believe. I recognize the town from something at least. Also, I love to know more about the Ski Jumping hill after the ceremony @dcro. I love cool venues like that. Croatia reminds me a lot of the coastal parts of the Western United States. There’s quite a bit of similar scenery. Croatia has some deeper colors though. I really want to visit now.

It makes me jealous. My town has barely existed for 100 years, yet Croatia’s over here with all it’s beautiful historic buildings
