  4. I'm in. I'll go with Bissegger today
  5. Holding on to laws from 1791 isn't so much the problems. The problem is the crazy interpretations!
  6. Pretty damn surprising to see Finland getting a Super 500. Awesome!
  7. Not that I disagree but it's the same as in Tokyo (as france gets the host quota)
  8. Well. Ended out just following the people around me. Meant that I wouldn't be going for negative splits but a more even pace. Felt a bit hot during the first half hour or so, but luckily I started out with a bottle that I could just throw away at the first water depot. After the 18 km mark it felt like a bit too much. I walked for 100m or so twice. And yet I managed to go below the 2 hour mark! https://www.aarhusmotion.dk/event/146/resultater/1014451?round=702&page=1&Search=Agger
  9. So tomorrow's the big day. The shape isn't quite as good as 2 years ago meaning that I'm not targeting my PB but will most likely go for a time at about 2 hours
  10. Denmark's not on the top 50? Oh well, I guess we'll have to do with the world's 2 best restaurants
  11. Works pretty well in Portugal, I believe!

  14. Sure they are, but only Chinese propaganda would make a thing out of a few houndred communists protesting. If every protest at that size should get attention, I guess those journalists would be damn busy!
  15. Democrats aren't really too scared to do anything about the 2nd Amendment. But they can't do anything without a filibuster reform. That's where the problem is. Until then, Mitch McConnell will happily let all ideas die before reaching the senate floor. And sadly the more conservative democrats, especially Joe Manchin aren't ready to do anything about the filibuster.

  17. Never heard about it
  18. What a day to go to a political event meaning missing ice hockey!
  19. Chinese state TV talking with Italian communists...
  20. I would say that 2003 had some much larger upsets with Ben Curtis and Shaun Micheel Pereira is in the top 100 and had a very fine 2021 season, dominating the Korn Ferry Tour and joining the PGA Tour with 3 top 10 results. No doubt that it will be his best result by far, but he is a strong player.
  21. Really wanted to participate in the local edition but sadly had other plans. No chance that I could beat my distance from 2020, but it could have been decent
  22. Personally I'm much better outside. It's much easier for me to motivate me for the extra bit. Personally I got to 18 km saturday making me feel sure that I can do the half marathon in just below 4 weeks as long as I stay healthy. I'll do one more long run, a couple of mid-distance and a bunch of 5km-runs to get ready.
  23. The main issue seems to be the referees!
