If wons the quota here, the 2nd Oceanian continental quota wont be awared and would move to the Last Chance Regatta, cause there where only two countries ( & ) compiting

Nope, that's only in Catalonia. I'm from the Basque Country, we dont have Santa either. I have Olentzero, a charcoal burner that pre dates christianity. He likes to drink wine and eat a lot. He was supposed to be a giant and represented the burnt of the past and the new begginigs. In 49er, women's IQ foil and Nacra is just boats, I don't know what happens either. In Women's Kite is the only one without the quota. In Ilca6 are and compiting for two quotas, so at least one of the small NOCs would qualify. In Men's IQfoil there are no entries so the quota would get reallocated. In 49er FX the same. In men's Kite and for one quota. In 470, vs .

Tomorrow starts the Oceanian Sailling Qualification event, and some quotas would get reallocated too.

And other times they just have to show at a competition an even with a midly amateur level, you can qualify.

I think that there has to be at least 2 NOCs compiting for the event to count. But I'm not 100% sure.

Basically, won all the other quotas. Yeah, they need to change something. Australia went from 5 quotas in 2020 with no Oceania qualification, to 12 in 2024. So unfair to everyone else....
