Awful awful awful day for us, everything was wrong... Two disasterous relays in one day is a bit too much. I won't hope anything on the mass starts tomorrow now. 6 medals was a satisfactory result.

What a cruel end for Italy, pretty much leading the entire race and then that last shooting Julia Simon is a big mystery She was doing so poorly at these championships in terms of shooting and for the single mixed she missed what, twice iirc? And that impressive last lap against Eckhoff Everytime she seems toast during the last lap she manages to find an additional strength to finish ahead. Anyway, very happy for her first WCh medal and Guigonnat's first WCh gold medal, after being in the shadows last season.

First (and I'm sure it won't be the last of these WCh) individual medal for Hauser Happy for Chevalier's second medal, too bad she seemed tired today after being the fastest yesterday. It's already a better WCh for our women's team than last year (the others were faaaar away today though)

Jacquelin was just... stellar I want to see that first standing shooting again Ponsiluoma had a meltdown early on, but another Swede is on the podium! Congrats Samuelsson who beat Johannes Boe for the silver medal

What an exciting race that was Ponsiluoma world champion with a perfect race I would've never put a bet on Desthieux, I'm so happy he won this medal! He was very emotional during his interview on French TV. Another French on the podium and another one 6th, and Guigonnat in the top 15, it feels like last season again! I went back home right when Anaïs Chevalier started her standing shooting, guess I bring the French bad luck... Norway won as expected. Amazing relay for Austria! Only 2 spares, that's maybe not a record, but it's not far from it, impressive shooting!

Ah yes that's sand from the Sahara right? There was the same phenomenon yesterday in the eastern part of France, the sky was orange and in the mountains the sand covered the snow.
