  1. And it's weird because Japan should have at least >70 of combined ranking and China should be within top 16.
  2. That's very interesting information. So the 6 countries not making the cut would be China (~52), Denmark (~80), Argentina (~80), Brazil (~90), Austria (~125) and Switzerland (~165)
  3. Possible mixed doubles lineups. Bold are confirmed pairings. 4. Tennis players from 42 countries, 22 have representatives in both genders. 6 potentially not making it to the mixed doubles if they plan to enter.
  5. Belarusians accepted their invitations in canoeing: Uladzislau KRAVETS (M) - Invitation accepted Yuliya TRUSHKINA (F) - Invitation accepted Still waiting for Aleksei KOROVASHKOV (M) from Russia. His C2 partner from the Szeged qualifiers didn't get invited. Edit: It looks like he also accepted https://www.sports.ru/rowing/1116199895-kanoisty-korovashkov-i-petrov-podtverdili-uchastie-v-olimpijskix-igrax.html and will team up with Petrov.
  6. Numbers on the wiki are not up to date as some people added reallocation of unused quotas but didn't update the summary. EDIT: Someone did the correction.
  7. And to be honest, I'm not sure if your interpretation is correct for two reasons. 1) There should be one athlete listed per distance in one batch even though 2nd best athlete has better score than 1st best in another distance. Unless one athlete has the best OCT in two distances. 2) Relay-only athletes should also be included. They need to be invited to swim in the individual distances because otherwise they wouldn't be relay-only. Per: https://swimswam.com/world-aquatics-confirms-that-relay-only-swimmers-dont-get-bonus-events-at-the-olympics/
  8. He got the OQT on 50m freestyle.
  9. Polish Championships 27-29 June, Bydgoszcz, full results: https://mps.domtel-sport.pl New entry standard obtained: Jakub Szymański (men's 110m hurdles) - 13:25 =NR and NR U23
  10. morning sessions (Thursday-Saturday) should be (mostly) unrestricted on KP Sport channel on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@KPSPORTPL/streams, evening sessions (Thursday and Friday) will be geo-blocked on TVP Sport website and probably their YouTube channel.
  11. Polish Cycling Federation has announced that UCI decided that Poland can enter a cyclist in the time trial despite qualifying only for the road race.
  12. Group C done dirty with 5 matches at 9 am. The other two groups haven't got any matches this early.
  13. According to the summary here, there are at least 276 tickets to Paris left but 316 eligible Universality swimmers. That would also mean there won't be any OCT invitations given if everyone accepts their quotas. If I understand the rules correctly.
  14. Yup. Even the São Tomé e Príncipe male swimmer with 46.20 at 50 m freestyle. At the very bottom.
  15. New Universality Report dated at 23 June is available at https://www.worldaquatics.com/competitions/paris-2024-swimming-info. Female swimmers from 160 countries and male swimmers from 156 countries are listed.
  16. Roger Wang declined the Oceanian quota. It has been reallocated to world #276 Vicky Wu.
  17. Oh, I missed it earlier and Roger Wang got the Oceania ranking quota as the replacement of the Alfred Dela Pena's declined one from the Oceania Qualification Tournament.
  18. I have a problem with Ma Jinbao because he isn't listed on the Road to Paris ranking. If he's ineligible for some reasons, his place would be passed to Lam Siu Hang. Official list is here https://www.ittf.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Paris_2024_MS19June24.pdf and Jinbao is skipped and not reallocated.
  19. From 86 tickets for women, 75 were already taken (48 via teams, 4 via mixed, 22 via tournaments and continental ranks, 1 via Universality). So the 11 spots (+ if already qualified for mixed) for women's singles should be: 1 Sofia Polcanova 2 Xia Lian Ni 3 Giorgia Piccolin (mixed) Maria Xiao 4 Georgina Pota 5 Ivana Malobabic 6 Hana Matelova 7 Izabela Lupulesku 8 Debora Vivarelli 9 Sarah De Nutte 10 Sibel Altinkaya 11 Solomiya Brateyeko
  20. From 86 tickets for men, 74 were already taken (48 via teams, 6 via mixed, 19 (21-2 from mixed) via tournaments and continental ranks, 1 via Universality). So the 12 spots (+ if already qualified for mixed) for men's singles should be: 1 Liam Pitchford (mixed) Ovidiu Ionescu 2 Noshad Alamiyan 3 Daniel Habesohn 4 Ma Jinbao 5 Eduard Ionescu 6 Brian Afanador 7 Alberto Mino 8 Martin Allegro 9 Ibrahima Diaw 10 Daniel Gonzalez 11 Luka Mladenovic 12 Cedric Nuytinck I will work out women soon too.
  21. Are we really on course for around 300 universality places or will they get filtered somehow?
  22. Elise Mertens confirmed two weeks ago she won't compete in the Olympics in this interview: https://www.rtl.be/sport/tous-les-sports/tennis/elise-mertens-pense-aux-jeux-mais-ceux-de-los-angeles-si-je-joue-encore-oui/2024-05-25/article/672566
