With the Group Stage done in the final stop of the Challenger Series season, we know majority of the teams qualified to LA to play for the promotion to the 2025-26 SVNS. In the Men`s, , and qualified to the SF so therefore they are also qualified for LA. The 4th spot will be between and . The points difference is 2 points in favour of Chile, but Samoa qualified for the SF and Chile not. If the points awarded in this tournament is the same as the rest of the other events (its not clear yet), will need a 2 position advantage, meaning that if they win one of the two matches they have tomorrow they will go to LA, or if they lose both matches and Chile lose at least one out of the two. The tennis would likely be the United Cup format. 1 singles mens match, 1 singles womens and the mixed, best of three. Which if this is the case, it would be impossible to make players compete in a team event, singles and doubles in only one week (and especially coming from the grass to hard). Due to this is very likely that tennis could go for 2 complete weeks, which if that happen we will see a lot of players not playing the olympics, which is not good. 2 weeks without playing for the points and money of the professional tour is impossible except for the top 10-20. The only good is that in the LA dates there are no big tournaments, only 250, and the olympics could be a preparation for the US/Canada month ending in the US open so players will not have the excuse of the surface like last year.

For anyone interested, 2 movies released in digital (meaning for buy, rent or to watch in your reliable pirate page) this week regarding the Olympics. One was The Fire Inside, a biographical film about Claressa Shields, two times olympic gold medallist in boxing and the first American woman to win an Olympic gold medal in boxing. The other is September 5, which is a drama film who narrates the coverage of a US TV network during the terrorist attack against the israeli delegation in the Munich 1972 Olympics. This movie got an Academy Award (Oscars) nomination in Best Original Screenplay.
