    Canada's women's team just beat the defending Olympic Champs USA 6-5!! At the Intercontinental Cup in Lima. Not sure of the strength of the USA team, but this win is big!

    France just won its first ever World Junior medal! Hungary looks like they are continuing their push in the sport without the Liu brothers. Florence Brunelle of Canada, triple World Junior Champion.

    Florence Brunelle just became a triple World Champion at the World Junior Championships (500, 1000 and 3000 m relay), Ann-Sophie Bachand also won silver in the 500 and looked really good. If they both continue, along with Kim Boutin and Courtney Sarault, we have a strong foursome for Milan 2026. The men on the other hand, NO MEDALS since 2016, and that was won by, you guessed it Steven Dubois.

    Ben Titley's contract was not renewed by Swimming Canada (sounds like a money reason) Titley was the architect of Canada's team going through a reinesance. This is a huge loss.

    Summer Mcintosh with a 4:29.12 in the 400 im at a test event in Toronto for the Canadian Trials!!! Almost 3 seconds faster than the winning time in Tokyo. Insane, she is only 15.
