  3. B-Girl India’s real name is actually India Sardjoe so hence why she’s probably called “B-Girl India”
  4. So, I’m not even sure if anyone on this site cares about this so called “sport” of breaking but the second stop of the Breaking For Gold Ranking Series is happening in Rio, Brazil from April 14-15, 2023. Here’s are the athletes to keep an eye on during this event. Men: Japan’s B-Boy Shigekix, Kazakhstan’s B-Boy Amir (Defending champion), and Canada’s B-Boy Phil (Reining world champion) Women: China’s B-Girl 671 (Won the season opener in Japan, and took second place at the World Championships), Japan’s B-Girl Ami (B-Girl 671’s rival in the final of both events), Netherland’s B-Girl India, and Italy’s B-Girl Anti.
  5. Team Grandy defeating Team Einarson was already unexpected, much less a 13-0 win Looking at the stats, and just a terrible game by both Kerri & Val, they were just about missing everything. (Val 65%, Kerri 40%) Uncharacteristic numbers by both of them. Team Retornaz was bound to get another win over Team Mouat at some point, they’ve played each other six prior times this season, and most of their losses have gone down to the wire. Team Retornaz is now 2-5 against Team Mouat during the 2023 curling season.
  6. Clarisse Agbegnenou has now agreed to wear Adidas judogi at the 2024 Olympics, but she has admitted she “no longer has confidence in the French Judo Federation”
  7. I guess that means that after Paris 2024, Santo will probably decide to switch over to Japan for LA 2028
  8. My mistake It’s fixed now!

  14. JAMIE LEE RATTRAY FOR THE WIN in R9 of the shootout a 4-3 victory for Canada over United States Should’ve been over sooner, but oh well

  17. Scoreless OT, off to a shootout.
  18. Knight to Kessel for the goal… with three seconds left on the clock. United States and Canada tied at 3-3. Looks like this one is headed to OT.
  19. Hillary Knight scores, now a one goal lead for Canada over United States with just over a minute left in the game. Terrible call by the refs, that was very clearly offside but whatever And this isn’t the first time too, a Canadian goal was disallowed at 4-1 for “Goaltender Interference”
  20. GOALLLL Laura Stacey 3-1 Canada over United States with a couple of minutes left in the 3rd period.
  21. I watched all four medal matches, so that’s probably why I was so quick Xue/Xia were really impressive. 26/37 on sideout in the final, against one of the best teams in the world in Barbora/Carol. The French have really been surprising me lately. Remi/Lyneel making the QFs at the La Paz Challenge, Krou/Gauthier Rat winning gold at the Torquay Elite16 (Weaker field then normal, but still) and silver at the Ipanema Challenge. And on the women’s side you have Placette/Richard, who took 9th at the Tepic Elite16 and 5th at the La Paz Challenge. Don’t think any of them will medal come Paris, but anything can happen. Also, really great to see Alison and Ludwig back on tour. Hopefully they can make a good run towards Paris 2024 qualification with their partners.
  22. Happy Easter everyone
  23. So, I’m looking at the teams list, and just seeing how weak the field is Realistically, there’s only five contenders for medals, Scotland, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, United States. Maybe Estonia/Germany could surprise on the week. Sweden/Norway would be up there too, but the teams they are sending Rønning/Bræden instead of Skaslien/Nedregotten, Westman/Ahlberg instead of De Val/Errikson, Wrana/Wrana, or Edin/Hasselborg. The Italian team of Constantini/Arman isn’t a bad pairing, but in my opinion Constantini/Mosaner would have stronger medal chances.
