all depends on the retest....

dont know when all the modalities will work out but tomorrow the panel will announce his punishment

Possible of let off..But Rio looks unlikely at the moment. His present test would clear it, If traces found no going and if no he would go...Its around a month now if he was having till recent food then no way...
