yeah,obviously that was wind aided,it didn't come during the world record meet tough,it happened later on.and as i said he was apparently in 68 meter form in training there,the wind there doesn't always help out.
this comp is the era of pissed off female field athletes,Chase jackson mothing off against the sprinters because she was sick of being held back from throwing,now the pole vaulters are pissedbecause they haven't humped in half an hour if not more.
well this one wasn't at Ramona this was in texas,all his other throws were from barely 62,high 62 ,to barely 63, and one over 65,i don't think the wind had a whole lot of impact here,also acording to a japanese competitor he was already in great shape in ramona this year[throwing 68 meters in training] in competition there he threw over 64.
these world indoors are horrible with timing,and now no one can fix the pole,never give china a a world indoors competition again,please and thank you.

China with another big win over Sweden in their qualification game to advance to the semifinals. They need a medal to qualify for the Olympics otherwise Norway goes. Odds aren’t looking good for Norway at this point…
