I wonder if you know the rule of curling. It's not cheating, it's accident. Chinese kicked it for sure, but Norwegian are not blind. they have the right to choose accept the present situation as it is or cancel this shot whichever they think benefit them. Apparently Norway noticed this kick and negociate with China with some short time, and they finally chose to accept the present situation as it favored them more rather than restitution.

Semifinals  v.  v.      qualifies for the Olympics with a win here, otherwise  does. 

Guess what? There’s been yet another instance of  Team Xu cheating, this time in the quarterfinals against  …        They didn’t benefit from it (luckily), but it’s the principle of it happening again that frankly has me pissed off at the fact that they not only made it this far, but are one win away from qualifying for the Olympics, the sport on the biggest stage. Curling has no room for cheaters and I hope World Curling does something about it.

Kristian Gkolomeev (swimming)   He specialised in the men's 50 freestyle, was 5th in both Tokyo and Paris, won a world silver in 2019 and many European medals including gold last year.   He went to the Olympics 4 times. He is still only 31 years old but hinted at Paris being the end for him so I guess it should not be surprising, though he is still in his top form and given how close he was to winning an Olympic medal the last two times, I was hoping he would try again in 2028...
