Luge: Obratov, she is probably out, i dont see an impovement there.

Bob: our team is not good enough.

Figure skating: Vrdoljak is without a chance in my opinion, unless all others have a very bad day and he has a great day, which will not happen. Petranovic/Sousa only with chances if Germany and France do not use their 2nd quota. If they do it is hopeless.

Snowboard: Jugovac currently in 36th place, 30 qualify. It is going to be very tough, probably not, unless some NOC do not use their quota in SS/BA. Stojak to far away, maybe 2022.

Obratov and Jugovac are definitely not chanceless. Vrdoljak also.

Obratov was mostly injured early in the season, later on she had some excellent results (for example in Oberhof). Vrdoljak is meanwhile working for quadruple jump for the next season. If successful, it would boost his chances considerably.

Not sure about Obratov, of course i hope she will manage it.

She has to be within Top 27 (including maybe some nations having more than 3 athoets) or in Top 27 (cleand up with max 3 per NOC)? How does the reallocation works in case some nations dont use all quotas?

Jugovac has a chance, she is close, but it will be difficult. She participated practically at all WC this season, and her main competitors did not and they are still bit better overall. But i guess some nations like SUI, AUT, GER will not necessary use all their quotas, therefor she still has a good chance to qualify.

If I'm not mistakes, luge reallocation gives priority to unqualified nations.

Nikolina Stepan and Danijela Kuna have both reached the Marathon standards for the World Championships.

Looks like we will have a full women's marathon team.

Great season start for Mateo Ruzic in Poland. PB 400m 46.28

so sad to see our female volleyball  team losing to Greece and Hungary. They could end up with one win only. Topic, Poljak, Jerkov all leaving at same time was just too much.

Our water polo team is in final of World championship. Great match against Serbia. Next match is against Hungary.

Our athletes in shooting Josip Glasnovic and Giovanni Cernogoraz won silver and bronze medal in trap at European championship in Baku.

Our sailing crew in 470 that won Rio olympic gold - Sime Fantela and Igor Marenic wil not compete any more together. Sime Fantela will compete in another discipline - 49er with his brother Mihovil Fantela. Igor Marenic will probably continue his career in olympic sailng.

    • Update after Matchdays 8 and 9.   Group A:  is almost a lock with 21p, and 7 games 7 wins. Almost impossible for them to not qualify. The battle is in the second place between  (16p) and  (13p).  with 8p is almost out.  and  eliminated.   Group B:  won both of the 2 games so is almost secured with 19p.  is second with 14p, with  (1 more game played) and  with 11p.  is eliminated and  practically too (6p)   Group C:  went 2 out of 2 so they are still first with 16p and one game less than the rest. The battle for second place will be between  14p,  11p and  9p.  eliminated and  (with one game less and 4p) probably too.   Group D: Only 3 for 2 places.  first with 19p has the advantage, but coming close is  with 16p. They played each other in the Matchday 11 of 12. Coming in third behind is  with 11p. ,  and  eliminated.   Group E: Both  and  won both matches so its still the same, Poland first with 24p and Italy second with 21p, which is the best runner-up and also qualifying directly, so is very likely that both teams end up qualifying no matter who finish first and second. , ,  and  eliminated.   Group F: A tie between  18p and  18p. Germany has the goal advantage (+21 to +20), and has to play the three weaker teams, so its more likely to qualify. Coming behind are  with 10p and  with 9p, which are practically eliminated with  and   Group G:  takes the advantage with 12p and one game less.  and  both have 7p, and coming behind are  5p (but one game less) and  with 5p.   Group H:  with the win against  moved to first place with 13p (and one game less), and Turkey stays in second with 11p.  is coming in third with 8p, while  is eliminated and  have 3p and one game less.   Group I: A triple tie between ,  and  with 10p. Belgium have the advantage because they have the best head to head points and one game less. Austria is second in the H2H difference and Denmark is third but with also one game less.  have 6p and  is eliminated.   The next 3 and last matchdays will define the 10 qualified teams and the 8 that will go to the playoffs. Matchdays will be 24-26 September, 28Sep-1Oct and 5-6 October, 2026.
