It's my birthday! So I got up to watch the Barrondos right at midnight. Hopefully a good result, top 10 por José Barrondo would be fantastic.
100m
With the new update María Peinado is 49
in 20km race walk.
According to rankings
qualifies 2 more athletes:
Erick Barrondo - 20km race walk
María Peinado - 20km race walk
Will see if it happens. Barrondo has a better oportunity than Peinado.
3rd Place in 3000m for Luis Grijalva with a season best! 7:33.96
Luis Grijalva at Oslo 5000m set a new national record with 12:50:58

This picture means a lot, since Alberto in February was in the hospital for 2 weeks, and for 6 days he fell into a coma. He had already qualified for the Games so started training back and did his season best at Paris 2024.
He won the Half Marathon at the Central and Caribbean Games in San Salvador 2023 and the bronce medal at the Pan American Games in Santigo 2023.
Yay for Alberto!
