The "Small Countries Division" European Championship took place the last couple of days in Faroe Islands. It is a bi-annual tournament for countries too small to participate in the Eurovolley, however due to the changes in the format of European Volleyball Championship, only 4 teams participated this year. Wow, congrats , about time we had a strong team from Africa appear on the world stageI'm not sure what squad they use here, but I was really pleased with the way their youth teams performed at the Junior competitions, I think they have the potential of becoming a very solid team.

Russian special forces "Spetznaz" have allegedly been discovered in Svalbard and continental Norway. They apparently arrived on fishing boats some days ago and were trying to infiltrate the area, posing as civilians, but the U.S military has blown their cover. On the coast of the country, the U.S soldiers claim to also saw a P650- Midget submarine. So far, the Russian Embassy in Oslo denies sending any soldiers to Norway. When the team name was abbreviated to SVN, played very well and won the first set. When it was changed to SLO starting with the second one, Serbia dominated the game and easily won. COINCIDENCE? I DON'T THINK SO.
